Claiming Damages & Returns –
Peach Basket Gifts has as a core value the desire to make you a satisfied customer with the items you received. We take great pride in providing you with quality products. To insure quality is what you get, we take great care in the packaging of your merchandise. Unfortunately there is no way we can guarantee that every item shipped will arrive in perfect condition.
If you need to return damaged merchandise, time is of the essence. Send us an email at info@peachbasketgifts.com within 5 business days from receipt of your item. In the subject line enter the words RETURN MDSE. Explain the situation and you will receive a Return Authorization Number and other shipping information.
We are not responsible for the shipping of returned merchandise. Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. However, we will gladly pay for the shipping charges to send a replacement for any incorrect, defective, or damaged item received.
A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to the return and this number needs to be written clearly on the outside of the return package. We cannot be responsible for any product that is damaged or lost in transit due to improper packaging. It is your responsibility to have the return shipment insured against any such damages or loss. Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned merchandise and a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible, if so desired, or a refund for the cost of the item will be made if this is preferred.
A 20%-50% restocking fee will apply to those returns that are made because of other reasons besides incorrect, defective, or damaged items. This amount will be subtracted to the amount of your refund. It is the sole discretion of Peach Basket Gifts to evaluate the condition of all returned products to determine the condition and amount of consumption before applying the restocking fee.
Notes –
- We recommend that all returns be shipped using either UPS or USPS Priority Mail to obtain a tracking number.
- We reserve the right to refuse a shipment from an individual based upon previous claims filed.
- All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received by the customer. Return all merchandise in the original package, in the same shipping box, and in the same packing materials. If the shipping box is too damaged to provide a safe return, place the entire box into a larger box for return so that a thourough evaluation of the damage can be assessed.
- We will gladly pay the shipping charges for replacements if incorrect, defective, or damaged items are received, however, all return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
